Wilmington NC Inspection Experience

I have had the privilege of completing approximately 6000 Wilmington NC Inspections during the past 2 decades. This tremendous experience allows me to be extremely familiar with the indiosyncrasies of the coastal plains area in and around Wilmington. As well, I am an actively license North Carolina General Contractor which only serves to fully enhance my experience, knowledge and education regarding the condition of a home during a Home Inspection. I provide each and every client a fully comprehensive inspection that complies with the North Carolian Licensing Board for Home Inspector's Standards of Practice.

The primary objective of each of my home inspections is to determine if all of the "bones and muscles" of the home are strong and healthy, as well to determine if all mechanical systems are "functioning as intended." These inspections include, but certainly are not limited to home exteriors, roofing systems, structural components, heating and cooling systems, electrical, plumbing, insulation and ventilation, interior rooms, doors, baths, garages, kitchens and even the appliances (when conveying.)

Wilmington NC Inspection Report

At the end of each Wilmington NC inspection I provide each client with a fully detailed report including color photographs to help better identify problem areas and a detailed description of the issue as well as a reccomendation for attending to the problem. In addition to this detailed report I also deliver a very helpful "Summary Page" which will detail what's wrong, where it's located, why it should be fixed and even who should fix it.
